Formación

• Experience leading front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Experience with hiring, training, and coaching.
• Ability to schedule employees.
• Knowledge of inventory, truck ordering, and storage.
• Strong financial understanding (budgeting, banking, accounting).

Responsabilidades

• Assist General Manager in overseeing hiring, training, coaching of the entire team.
• Develop onboarding and training plans for new hires.
• Develop opportunities for continuous improvement through education and training.
