Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience managing both FOH and BOH operations.
• High-volume restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with labor, scheduling, inventory, and cost management.
• Hands-on leadership style with flexibility to jump in wherever needed.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily FOH and BOH restaurant operations.
• Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience and high-quality food.
• Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and operational costs.
