Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience managing both FOH and BOH operations.
• High-volume restaurant experience preferred.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

4 Rivers Smokehouse is looking for an experienced, well-rounded Restaurant Managerto join our team in Kissimmee, FL!

We're looking for a hands‑on leader with experience managing bothfront‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations. The ideal candidate knows how to lead a team, deliver a great guest experience, manage the day‑to‑day business, and jump in wherever needed.
