Job summary

Annette's Corral, LLC dba Golden Corral is hiring for an entry-level, hourly management role in Cincinnati. You will be cross-trained across all restaurant skill positions and gain knowledge of ordering, receiving, and menu planning under the guidance of General and Associate Managers.

You will complete a certification program to learn in-store management skills and help with front and back-of-house operations to ensure quality, hospitality, and cleanliness for guests.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in the food service industry, preferably in a management capacity in a high-volume restaurant with diversified menu offering.
• Education and training associated with completion of a high school diploma and college coursework in hospitality or business is preferred.
• Position requires standing and walking for periods of 2-5 hours without a rest break, task sequencing and the completion of complex administrative responsibilities.
• Frequent heavy (in excess of 25lbs.+) lifting and carrying, bending and reaching overhead is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily food production and restaurant operations to meet quality standards.
• Support front- and back-of-house teams with ordering, receiving, storage and menu planning.
• Work with General/Associate Managers and complete in-store management certification.
