Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and provide exceptional guest service in Aransas Pass, Texas. The role collaborates with the District Manager to maintain standards, with training and development opportunities available to help you reach management goals.

You will lead a fast-paced team, manage schedules, and ensure quality food and a clean, welcoming environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service concept.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing and access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent and all documents required by state and federal law.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving, decision-making skills, and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire, and train team members.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
• Maintain health and safety standards; set a fun, family-friendly tone.
