Job summary

Raising Cane’s is hiring an Operations Manager in New Jersey to support the Restaurant Leader in achieving excellence across all operations. You will open/close, handle cash, enforce policies, and lead a team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean, safe environment.

The role requires 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license, with competitive pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in restaurant or retail management is preferred but not required for entry.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Leader in achieving operational excellence and upholding Cane's standards and culture.
• Act as manager on duty, open/close the restaurant, and manage cash handling.
• Enforce company policies, ensure safety standards, and train/ supervise crew during shifts.
• Ensure cleanliness, proper maintenance, and that all logs/forms are completed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support shift execution and problem resolution.
