Raising Cane’s is seeking a Restaurant Manager in New Jersey to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold our One Love culture. The role involves shift management, customer service excellence, and staff supervision in a fast-paced setting.

Qualified candidates will have 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Training programs and career growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems.
• Willingness to work varied shifts and travel for training.

Responsibilities

• Supports Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and upholds Raising Cane’s standards and culture.
• Manages shift operations and acts as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant.
• Handles cash and ensures accountability; directs crewmembers during shifts.
• Provides exemplary customer service and uses recognition programs for staff.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and good working order; completes other duties as assigned.
