Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Must be clean, neat and well groomed.
• Good interpersonal communication skills to work with customers and employees.
• Basic understanding of fast food operations, production procedures and deployment procedures.
• Ability to master cash control and ensure adherence to Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Hospitality guidelines.
• Understand basics of sales forecasting, scheduling, cost control, inventory, P&L, and personnel administration.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Good hearing and vision for customer interaction and drive-thru as needed.
• Honesty, assertiveness with good manners, attention to detail, and calmness under pressure.
• Able to work as a team with minimal disruption to customers or staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management of all operations within the restaurant.
• Assist in hiring, training, and reviewing employee performance.
• Perform accounting responsibilities and prepare reports for the home office.
• Administer the ACT program.
• Rapidly prepare customer orders to specifications and high quality.
• Work as a team to ensure constant customer satisfaction.
