Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be clean, neat and well groomed.
• Must have good interpersonal communication skills to work with customers and employees.
• Must have basic understanding of fast food operations, production procedures and deployment procedures.
• Must understand cash control and adhere to Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Hospitality guidelines.
• Must understand basic sales forecasting, scheduling, cost control, inventory, and P&L concepts.
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must have good hearing and vision to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be honest, assertive yet well-mannered.
• Must work as a team member with minimal disruption to customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge and operation of all equipment.
• Assist with management of all operations within the restaurant.
• Assist in hiring, training, and reviewing employee performance.
• Performs accounting responsibilities and prepares reports for submission to the home office.
• Administers the ACT program.
• Rapidly prepares customers' orders according to specifications and with high quality.
• Work as a team member to ensure constant customer satisfaction through quality, service and cleanliness.
