• Ensure consistent high quality of food preparation.
• Maintain a professional restaurant image and appearance standards.
• Manage shifts including scheduling and planning while upholding standards.
• Ensure positive guest service and respond to complaints to turn guests into return customers.
• Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality.
