Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team in delivering a positive guest experience and maintain high standards of quality, safety and cleanliness. You will partner with the General Manager to drive performance and guest satisfaction across a busy restaurant.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, cash/inventory controls, and achieving service and financial goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have ServSafe certification or capable of obtaining certification.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests.
• Hire, train & coach the team.
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
