• Experience in Restaurant Operations Director roles in public-sector, regulated, or comparable environments.
• Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by solicitation.

Responsibilities

• Own operating model, staffing, service standards, hours, inventory, vendors, financial controls, reporting, and continuity for the facility.
• Baseline the role work package, deliverables, resource assignments, dependencies, milestones, acceptance criteria, and reporting calendar.
• Coordinate client decisions and cross-workstream handoffs; maintain the integrated schedule, action register, and accountable owners.
• Control scope, budget, risks, issues, changes, and quality reviews; escalate variances with documented recovery actions.
• Conduct deliverable reviews, obtain acceptance, complete operational handoff, and close the work package with a reconciled evidence file.
• Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.
• Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions.
• Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence.
• Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.
• Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalates blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.
