Job summary

FuntoNetwork seeks a Restaurant Facilities and Vendor Compliance Coordinator to support the NCDA&CS initiative. You will coordinate equipment, inspections, licenses, waste, deliveries, insurance, subcontractors, and facility acceptance obligations, ensuring alignment with the RFP scope.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating restaurant facilities and vendor compliance in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
• Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment, maintenance, inspections, licenses, waste, deliveries, insurance, subcontractors, and facility acceptance obligations.
• Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.
• Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions.
• Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence.
• Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.
• Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.
