Job summary

JRI Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Operating Partner to lead a Freddy’s and JRI Hospitality location with accountability for operations, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.

You will hire, train, and mentor team members and managers, aligning them with our culture of hospitality, cleanliness, and growth. This is a leadership role with opportunities to advance within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant and/or hospitality management experience.
• A hospitality focus and strong communications skills.
• Ability to build a team, then mentor the team to ensure their success.
• Ability to work a variety of hours to include days, nights, and weekends.
• Experience in financial statements, inventory, staff scheduling, and guest relations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations as the Restaurant Operating Partner to ensure business success and a positive guest experience.
• Hire, train and develop team members and managers that uphold JRI Hospitality and Freddy’s culture.
• Drive KPIs such as sales, guest count, profitability, hospitality, safety and cleanliness, and manage labor costs.
