Job summary

JRI Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Operating Partner to lead one of its Freddy’s and JRI branded locations. You will coach and develop team members, manage performance, and uphold hospitality standards while driving revenue and profitability.

You will hire and train staff, set the tone for daily operations, and ensure guest satisfaction across days, nights, and weekends. The role requires leadership, communication, and a drive to grow with the brand.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant and/or hospitality management experience.
• A hospitality focus and strong communications skills.
• Ability to build a team, then mentor the team to ensure their success.
• Ability to work a variety of hours to include days, nights, and weekends.
• Experience with financial statements, inventory, staff scheduling, and guest relations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the restaurant's performance as the Operating Partner, driving sales, guest satisfaction, profitability, safety and cleanliness.
• Hire, train and develop team members and managers that share the Freddy’s/JRI culture.
• Set the tone for the restaurant and ensure operations run smoothly on a daily basis.
• Manage KPI performance including labor costs, food costs, guest experience and overall hospitality.
