JRI Hospitality – Freddy’s is seeking a Restaurant Operating Partner to lead a busy restaurant, coach and develop team members, and drive daily operations toward strong guest satisfaction and profitability.

You will hire, train, and mentor staff, oversee financials, inventory and scheduling, and uphold hospitality standards with a focus on teamwork, safety, and consistent results across shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant and/or hospitality management experience.
• Strong communications skills and hospitality focus.
• Ability to build and mentor a team to ensure success.

As the business leader, you have operational and financial responsibility for your restaurant (financial, labor, hospitality, etc.).In the ROP role, you will hire, train, and develop team members and managers that share the Freddy’s and JRI Hospitality culture and commitment to great food, exceptional hospitality and a relentless focus on cleanliness and safety.
