Job summary

JRI Hospitality seeks a Restaurant Operating Partner (ROP) to lead one of Freddy’s-branded locations in Kansas. You will hire, train and develop team members to deliver exceptional food and hospitality while managing operations and financial performance.

You will drive KPIs such as sales, guest satisfaction, labor costs and safety, while fostering a fun, collaborative culture. A strong focus on teamwork and guest experience is required.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant/hospitality management experience.
• Strong communication skills and hospitality focus.
• Ability to build and mentor a team.
• Willing to work days, nights, and weekends.
• Experience with financial statements, inventory, scheduling, and guest relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations as ROP, driving sales and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and develop team members and managers.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Work with Regional Director and JRI Support Center.

As the business leader, you have operational and financial responsibility for your restaurant (financial, labor, hospitality, etc.).In the ROP role, you will hire, train, and develop team members and managers that share the Freddy’s and JRI Hospitality culture and commitment to great food, exceptional hospitality and a relentless focus on cleanliness and safety.
