Job summary

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers in Utah seeks a Restaurant Operating Partner who will lead the restaurant, coach teammates, and drive strong performance. You’ll hire, train, and grow team members and managers, aligning with Freddy’s and JRI Hospitality standards for hospitality, cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

The role focuses on building teams, mentoring staff, and achieving KPIs while delivering excellent guest experiences in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant and/or hospitality management experience.
• A hospitality focus and strong communications skills.
• Ability to build a team, then mentor the team to ensure their success.
• Ability to work a variety of hours to include days, nights, and weekends.
• Experience with financial statements, inventory, staff scheduling, and guest relations.

As the business leader, you have operational and financial responsibility for your restaurant (financial, labor, hospitality, etc.).In the ROP role, you will hire, train, and develop team members and managers that share the Freddy’s and JRI Hospitality culture and commitment to great food, exceptional hospitality and a relentless focus on cleanliness and safety.
