Formación

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant operations or hospitality leadership.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food service workflows.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Financial awareness and cost-control experience.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health compliance.
