Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, hotel management, business or related field or CHA or equivalent preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven management experience in a restaurant or high-volume hospitality setting.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to lead, train, and develop the front-of-house team for exceptional guest service.
• Ensure compliance with Health Department regulations and high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborate to maximize sales, monitor labor costs, and review financial information.
• Assist with scheduling, oversee bar inventory and ordering.
• Build rapport with guests to create memorable dining experiences.
