Job summary

Delaware North’s Patina Group seeks an Executive Chef to lead Hundredfold American Brasserie in Atlanta, shaping the kitchen culture, training the team, and launching a premier dining destination. You will drive culinary vision, ops excellence, and guest experiences from day one.

Role emphasizes teaching, mentoring, and building a high-performing team while overseeing budget, inventory, and quality control in a fine-dining setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of Executive Chef experience in upscale dining
• Culinary Arts degree preferred; ServSafe Manager and Food Handler certifications preferred but not mandatory; to be completed
• Strong financial and computer skills; familiarity with P&Ls and budgeting
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and POS systems
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for back-of-house operations, overseeing culinary production, quality, sanitation, inventory, and service execution
• Recruit, develop, and mentor high-performing culinary teams with hands-on coaching
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations; maintain safe kitchen operations
• Oversee invoicing, scheduling, labor tracking, cost management, purchasing, and workforce planning
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews to build a strong culinary team
• Collaborate with FOH leadership to deliver elevated guest experiences and operational alignment
