Job summary

Solace Hospitality Management is seeking a hands‑on marketer to run daily online and street campaigns for Smokin’ Jack’s BBQ and a new Italian restaurant in Milwaukee. You’ll follow a marketing calendar, post content, engage audiences, and drive in‑person outreach with businesses, venues, and hotels.

You’ll manage blogs, email marketing (Mailchimp/Klaviyo), and loyalty programs, while building the owner’s personal brand on LinkedIn and other channels.

Qualifications

• Must know Metricool or be able to learn quickly.
• Experience managing social media for restaurants, hospitality or consumer brands.
• Experience with Toast, Mailchimp and Klaviyo preferred.
• Comfortable on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Google Business.
• Strong writing skills and a confident, outgoing personality for face‑to‑face sales.
• Organized, self‑motivated and reliable.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Post and schedule content for Smokin’ Jack’s BBQ and Italian restaurant from the marketing calendar.
• Reply to comments, messages, reviews and ad responses in the brand voice.
• Monitor paid ads and pass leads and catering inquiries to the right person.
• Build and market the owner’s personal brand on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Create and launch campaigns and promotions.
• Build and maintain the blog and run email marketing via Mailchimp/Klaviyo.
• Promote and grow Toast loyalty program.
• Guerrilla marketing: visit 10 businesses weekly to drop samples and materials.
• Maintain stocked marketing materials at all locations and track outreach.
