Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing, communications, or campaign experience.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken English with copywriting skills.
• Hands-on experience creating social content and editing short-form video.
• Experience planning campaigns and using performance data to evaluate results.
• Ability to collaborate with Operations, leadership and store teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using AI tools and marketing technology while maintaining brand standards.
