Makeready in Columbus is seeking a creative Restaurant Marketing Manager to lead marketing, programming, partnerships, and communications across our premier eateries. You will oversee strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, profitability, branding, and trends while coordinating with leadership and agency partners.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of restaurant marketing experience, strong copywriting and social media skills, and comfort with Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant marketing experience.
• Experience working with chefs, GMs, BOH and FOH team members.
• Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote Makeready restaurants in Columbus.
• Create and deploy marketing strategies across social media, digital, and design functions.
• Plan and implement PR and marketing plans to increase revenue and foot traffic.
• Build CRM/email campaigns to drive visitation and repeat business.
• Collaborate with restaurant teams to align programming with sales goals.
• Promote events, seasonal menus, and unique offerings across channels.
