Job summary

Blue Crab Grill in Newark, DE is seeking an experienced, hands-on restaurant manager to lead shifts with confidence and guide the team to serve guests at a high level.

This role requires managing front-of-house operations, coaching staff, handling guest concerns, and maintaining service standards while working alongside the team. Not entry-level; prior restaurant leadership is essential.

• Previous restaurant management, assistant management, or strong shift-lead experience
• Ability to independently run a restaurant shift

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on restaurant professional to join our team!

At Blue Crab Grill, our managers are working managers - they lead the shift while also serving, bartending, and jumping in wherever the restaurant needs support. We're looking for someone who can confidently take charge of a shift, lead the team and maintain our service standards while working alongside everyone else.

THE RIGHT PERSON WILL HAVE:

• Previous restaurant management, assistant management, or strong shift-lead experience
• The ability to independently run a restaurant shift
• Strong front-of-house and guest-service experience

• Confidence with handling guest concerns and service recovery

SCHEDULE

• SUNDAYS + 2 additional shifts during the week Daytime/opening availability is strongly preferred.
• Additional hours may be available depending on availability and business needs.
