Job summary

The-Blue-Crab-Grill in Newark, Delaware, seeks an experienced restaurant professional for a part-time manager role. You will lead shifts, supervise staff, and uphold service standards while collaborating with the team.

The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership, strong guest-service skills, and the ability to coach staff, manage guest concerns, and handle cash. Sundays plus two additional shifts weekly are required; daytime openings preferred.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on restaurant professional to join our team!

At Blue Crab Grill, our managers are working managers - they lead the shift while also serving, bartending, and jumping in wherever the restaurant needs support. We're looking for someone who can confidently take charge of a shift, lead the team and maintain our service standards while working alongside everyone else.

THE RIGHT PERSON WILL HAVE:

• Previous restaurant management, assistant management, or strong shift-lead experience
• The ability to independently run a restaurant shift
• Strong front-of-house and guest-service experience
• Experience coaching and holding staff accountable
• Confidence with handling guest concerns and service recovery
• Cash handling and manager responsibilities

SCHEDULE

We're specifically looking for someone who can consistently commit to:

SUNDAYS + 2 additional shifts during the week

Daytime/opening availability is strongly preferred.

Additional hours may be available depending on availability and business needs.
