MoonRunners Saloon in Dunn, NC is seeking an experienced Evening Restaurant Manager to lead our team and keep the energy alive after dark. This role guides both front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced saloon environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant or bar management experience in a high-volume setting.
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and end-of-shift reporting.
• Knowledge of NC alcohol service regulations.
• Excellent communication and guest relations skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house evening operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Lead, motivate, and manage evening shift staff including servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency throughout service.
• Handle guest relations, resolve complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Manage cash handling, end-of-night reporting, and closing procedures.
• Enforce health, safety, and alcohol service compliance standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient ticket times and menu execution.

• Food Handler or ServSafe certification preferred
