Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant or bar management experience, preferably in a high-volume setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
• Food Handler or ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house evening operations.
• Lead, motivate, and manage evening shift staff including servers and bartenders.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
