Job summary

Quaker Steak & Lube in South Charleston, WV is seeking a Line Cook who will prepare menu items to company standards, maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen, and help create a great guest experience. No experience is required. Prior line cook experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout each shift.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Stock and prep ingredients to support smooth kitchen operations and shift readiness.
• Assist with cleaning, restocking, and other kitchen support tasks as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
