Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Manager for our Hardee’s locations in North Carolina. You will operate the restaurant in the absence of senior leadership, lead crew members, and ensure guest satisfaction, food quality, and safety standards are met.

You will interview and hire staff, schedule shifts, train teams, manage inventories and cash procedures, and uphold company policies. A customer-focused, professional, and reliable leader is essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Valid Driver’s License
• Available to work all shifts and weekends
• Strong conflict-resolution skills
• Consistent and Reliable
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant following company standards and regulations
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and manage labor costs
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and crew; coach and discipline as warranted
• Conduct meetings to discuss operation procedures, promotions, safety, and training
• Control inventory and ensure product quality and Food Cost Variance targets
• Maintain cash procedures and accurate records
• Ensure personal appearance and professionalism at all times
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies
