Responsibilities
  1. Manage front-of-house operations, including staff scheduling, customer service, and dining area presentation.
  2. Oversee kitchen team to ensure timely, quality food delivery and resolve service issues.
  3. Hire, train, and retain staff to ensure excellent customer service.
  4. Conduct inventory checks and order supplies to maintain stock levels.
  5. Work with Operating Partners on financial reports and budgeting to ensure profitability.
  6. Guide sanitation, cleaning, and food safety procedures.
  7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and training.
