REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Current Tennessee Nursing (RN/LPN) license
• Preferred 2 years of nursing experience with geriatric patients

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure accurate patient assessment and development/revision of individualized care plans.
• Maintain open communication with patients and families, encouraging participation in decision-making.
• Ensure appropriate nursing care is provided.
• Assist with medications and treatments.
• Supervise and coach nurses and other nursing staff.
• Participate in daily and monthly meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
