Circle K Milton, FL is hiring a Restaurant Manager Trainee to prepare for the Restaurant Manager role. After a structured training period, the trainee may manage day-to-day operations of a Company-operated restaurant for up to 90 days, with possible partial or full responsibility for people, operations, and finances, reporting to the District Manager.

The role emphasizes guest service, team development, food safety, cash and inventory control, and adherence to Brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Serv Safe© Manager certification preferred.
• Open availability required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Motivates, coaches, and leads team members.
• Acts with integrity; keeps commitments.
• Contagious positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team members as necessary.
• Recruits, interviews, selects, hires, and completes onboarding for all positions.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment; delegates duties and follows up for completion.
• Directs team to follow Brand, Company, and health regulations.
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory control records for accuracy.
• Communicates with the district manager as required.
