Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Manager Trainee in Hastings, FL to learn the Restaurant Manager role during a structured training period, with up to 90 days of hands-on supervision and responsibility for daily operations. The trainee will supervise staff, manage guest service, ensure food safety, handle schedules and inventories, and support district managers.

Strong communication, flexibility, and a commitment to Circle K standards are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years restaurant management experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid state Driver’s License required
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred
• Open availability required
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team members as necessary
• Recruits, interviews, selects, hires, and completes onboarding for all positions
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment and delegates duties
• Directs team and ensures all items meet Brand and health regulations
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory control records
• Communicates with the district manager and completes administrative duties as required
• Ensures safety and regulatory compliance
