Circle K in Astor, FL is seeking a Restaurant Manager Trainee to prepare for a full Restaurant Manager role. You will oversee day-to-day operations for up to 90 days, lead staff, manage production and quality, and ensure compliance with brand, company, and health standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred.
• Open availability required.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in a fast, friendly manner and coach team members.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new staff.
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment and delegate duties.
• Direct operations to meet Brand, Company and health regulations.
• Supervise and coach team members to follow standards.
• Ensure ongoing training on Brand standards and campaigns.
• Monitor cash, sales and inventory records for accuracy.
• Communicate with district manager and complete administrative duties.
• Maintain a safe environment and report issues promptly.
• Contribute to profitability by managing financial and operational metrics.
