Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred.
• Open availability required.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and coach team members.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard staff.
• Maintain clean restaurant environment and supervise duties.
• Oversee production and ensure food safety and standards.
• Monitor cash, sales, and inventory records.
• Communicate with district manager and complete paperwork.
