Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of restaurant management experience.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and coach team members.
• Recruit, interview and onboard all positions.
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment and oversee shift duties.
• Manage cash, sales and inventory records.
• Ensure compliance with brand, company and health regulations.
• Report to district manager and communicate performance.
