Job Summary

This position prepares the candidate for the Restaurant Manager role. After training, the Trainee may manage the restaurant for up to 90 days, overseeing operations, staff, and financial metrics, reporting to the District Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service, coach team members
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard staff
• Maintain cleanliness and delegate duties
• Manage food production and ensure quality standards
• Train staff on standards and campaigns
• Monitor safety, sanitation, and operational standards
• Handle administrative tasks like inventory, cash, and reports
• Ensure a safe environment and report issues
• Achieve financial and operational goals
• Conduct team check-ins and recognize performance
• Apply progressive discipline as needed
