Chick-fil-A Bolingbrook is seeking a Manager with energy and leadership to guide a team and deliver exceptional guest experiences at 245 N. Weber Rd., Bolingbrook. Youll drive daily operations, training, and guest service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role requires 5–6 days/week, including Saturdays, with Sundays off. The position offers competitive compensation up to $22/hour, benefits, and opportunities for growth within the team.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; hotel/restaurant/quick-service experience is a plus.
• One year or more of prior hospitality, retail or quick-service experience.
• Ability to manage a schedule, lead a team, and uphold standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a restaurant team to deliver remarkable hospitality.
• Oversee shifts, coordinate breaks, and ensure smooth operations.
• Train staff on products, systems, and procedures; coach for improvement.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards in line with guidelines.
