Job summary

Workstream is seeking a Manager for their location in Quakertown, Bucks County, with flexible availability Monday through Saturday from 11AM to 11PM. This role is crucial for developing team members and ensuring a high standard of hospitality and guest experience.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, solid communication skills, and a passion for mentoring others. You will lead a team, maintain cleanliness, and foster a positive work environment while coordinating with the kitchen for catering services.

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year previous higher level leadership experience preferred.
• Be available to work flexible hours including Saturdays.
• Ability to lead a team of up to 20 people efficiently.

Job description

We have a Manager position available. Flexible availability Monday through Saturday from 11AM to 11PM. 40 to 45 hours per week with one day off. Would need to be available to 11PM at least 3 nights per week. Please only apply if you are available to work these hours.
