Qualifications

• Available to work 5-6 days and 35+ hours per week including Saturdays. Chick-fil-A is always closed on Sundays!
• Morning shift: availability until 5 PM
• Evening shift: availability starting at 2 PM
• Learn and assemble Chick-fil-A menu items
• Have the ability to effectively organize tasks, communicate with others and be able to manage change. Demonstrates a positive attitude and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food prep and service areas ensuring cleanliness and safety.
• Learn and assemble Chick-fil-A menu items accurately.
• Maintain a calm, respectful demeanor during peak periods to ensure consistent guest experience.
• Support change initiatives and adapt quickly to new processes.
