Job summary

Delaware North’s Space 220 in Orlando, Florida is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead high-volume, upscale dining service on the dining room floor, coach teammates in real time, and deliver memorable guest experiences on every shift.

You will direct front-of-house operations, uphold service standards, manage guest interactions, and drive operational excellence with hands-on leadership and a hospitality-first approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in a managerial position in a restaurant with a similar style of dining, capacity, and volume.
• Upscale dining experience preferred.
• Certifications in ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and TIPS are preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong computer skills; MS Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive guest relations and high standards of service, addressing concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Assign tasks for service team members, and monitor shift responsibilities, ensuring actions align with quality, sanitary, and legal standards.
• Assist with team member training, monitor performance while maintaining open communication for corrections needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including ordering and inventory.

The opportunity

Delaware North’s Patina Group is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team at Space 220 in Orlando, Florida. This highly visible, guest-facing leadership role is centered on exceptional floor management within a high-volume, upscale dining environment. The ideal candidate thrives on the dining room floor, leading service execution, coaching team members in real time, and ensuring every guest receives a memorable, elevated experience.

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for directing daily front-of-house operations, maintaining service standards, managing guest interactions, and driving operational excellence throughout every shift. You will lead by example, provide hands‑on support to the team, and foster a culture of hospitality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $55,300 - $74,600 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. • Exceptional communication skills and an ability to anticipate guest and employee needs
• No degree required
