The opportunity

Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring full-time Kitchen Receivers to join our team at Morimoto Asia in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. As a Kitchen Receiver, you will be responsible for receiving all food, beverage, and kitchen supply deliveries, along with cleaning and organizing daily operations.

Pay

$17.50 - $19.00 / hour

What will you do?

• Ensure timely, accurate, and safe receipt of food, supplies, packaging, and other incoming inventory
• Verify delivery quantities and quality while reconciling invoice discrepancies, damaged products, and receiving issues
• Maintain inventory controls through proper labeling, stock rotation, storage, and regular inventory reporting
• Coordinate with purchasing, culinary, and operations teams to align deliveries, forecast product needs, and maintain appropriate inventory levels
• Support cost control and waste reduction efforts while identifying process improvements that enhance accuracy and operational efficiency
• Enforce food safety, health, sanitation, and cleaning standards across receiving, storage, refrigeration, and kitchen areas
• Monitor equipment, food contact surfaces, storage spaces, and cleaning schedules to maintain safe, organized, and operationally ready facilities
