General knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
ServSafe certification required.
Ability to train others in Wendy’s systems (WeLearn) and employee development programs.

Responsibilities

Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during the shift.
Build sales by promoting customer satisfaction.
Monitors costs by overseeing crew prep, production, and procedures execution.
Track waste levels using established procedures and monitor crew position procedures.
Monitor food costs to eliminate waste.
Trains crew to respond promptly to customer needs and to provide courteous service.
Establish daily speed of service (S.O.S.) goals and ensure compliance.
Direct crew to maintain restaurant cleanliness according to plan and address deficiencies.
Train crew on new products and perform orientation and training.
Ensure proper execution of standards and procedures when managing shifts.
Maintain inventory levels and security of cash, product, and equipment.
