Responsibilities

• Manage labor costs by evaluating staffing needs against projected sales during shifts.
• Review monthly budgets and P&L, and monitor costs and waste.
• Promote customer satisfaction by delivering timely service and training crews accordingly.
• Train, direct and develop crew with GM/DM support, ensuring proper orientation and ongoing development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and local regulations on every shift.
