Job summary

Playa Largo Autograph is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee all restaurant operations, guide staff, and ensure exceptional guest service in a dynamic hotel setting. The role emphasizes training, scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining safety standards to deliver consistent quality.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with cost controls in a hospitality environment; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years supervisory experience in Restaurant/F&B.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Strong communication with guests, management and staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ServSafe and/or food safety training; alcohol awareness training (TIPS).
• Knowledge of food and beverage cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations and staff.
• Train employees, plan and direct work, evaluate performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, cost controls, and guest service standards.
