Job summary

Playa Largo Autograph is seeking a friendly valet/guest services associate to greet guests, assist with luggage, and escort guests to rooms. You will provide information on hotel services and help guests navigate to local attractions.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and strong communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; weekend and holiday shifts are common.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license in the state of hotel’s operations.
• Excellent driving record.
• Ability to provide legible communication and directions.
• Previous guest relations and/or training.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

Responsibilities

• Transport guest luggage to/from guest rooms and escort guests to rooms.
• Inform guests of hotel services and features during arrival and stay.
• Attend to immediate guest needs and follow through throughout stay.
• May perform valet services—drive, park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
