Job summary

J. Alexander's is opening a new Prosper, TX location and seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead both front- and back-of-house teams. You will deliver guest-focused service, uphold food quality standards, and drive operational efficiency.

You'll participate in a 10-week hands-on training program with culinary and service pros, learn the culture and systems, and prepare to grow into leadership roles within the brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (hospitality or related)
• Experience with front-of-house/back-of-house operations is desirable

Responsibilities

• The manager will ensure the seamless integration of both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• This position will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain high standards of food quality, and optimize operational efficiency.
• The manager will possess a versatile skill set, including food service management, team leadership, and proficiency in POS systems.
• The manager will assist the General Manager or Assistant General Manager with planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and delegating responsibilities to hourly employees.
