Fripp Island Golf & Beach Resort is opening a Beach Club restaurant and seeks an energetic Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations. You will drive hospitality standards, guest satisfaction, and financial discipline while managing staff and beverage programs in a resort setting.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, payroll oversight, and collaboration with the culinary team. Experience with Toast or similar systems is preferred, with a focus on guest experience and team

Qualifications

• Degree in hospitality, business, restaurant management, or related field.
• Ability to lead hospitality, FOH labor, scheduling, payroll, training, beverage operations, and financial controls.
• Collaborate with Chef de Cuisine and senior leaders while owning FOH performance.
• Experience in private clubs, destination resorts, seasonal hospitality, or multi-concept environments.
• Experience developing Assistant Managers, bartenders, servers, hosts, and internal successors.
• Previous management in high-volume, upscale-casual, private-club, resort ops.
• Strong communication, organization, judgment, accountability, financial awareness, and problem-solving.

Responsabilités

• Lead all front-of-house operations with consistent hospitality and service execution.
• Partner with the Chef de Cuisine on guest satisfaction and outlet profitability.
• Build hourly FOH schedules and manage deployment, coverage, and overtime.
• Own timecard accuracy, payroll submission, and exception corrections.
• Execute beverage program including ordering, inventory, and cost controls.
• Prepare and publish outlet Toast menu content and setup.
• Hire hourly staff and participate in selecting the Assistant Restaurant Manager.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and performance coaching.
