Job summary

J. Alexander’s is seeking an experienced restaurant leader to oversee both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations and to deliver exceptional service in a fast‑paced environment.

You will work closely with culinary and service professionals during a 10‑week training period designed to immerse you in every aspect of our operation. You will assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and delegating responsibilities to hourly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred for leadership roles.
• Experience in managing front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations.
• Strong hospitality focus and guest service standards.

Job Description
